TRACKING INFORMATION

Do you provide tracking information?
Tracking your order is important, and we are happy to provide tracking information for your convenience. When you make a purchase with us, you will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that in some cases, tracking information may not be available for orders that are shipped with our free shipping option.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
If your tracking information says "no information available at the moment," don't worry. It can take 2-5 business days for some shipping companies to update their tracking system. However, if it's been more than 5 business days since you received your tracking number and there is still no information available, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Will my items be sent in one package?
In some cases, items from the same purchase may be shipped separately due to logistical reasons, even if you have chosen combined shipping. If you have any questions about your order or shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always here to help.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Exchanges:
If you want to exchange your product for any reason, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process. We offer a refund for your purchase, except for shipping and handling fees, once we receive the returned item. However, we do not refund shipping costs for our paid shipping service. Please note that you should not send your purchase back to us without our authorization.

Statutory Rights:

For instance, most EU countries offer a 2-year legal conformity warranty and a 14-day right to return, though the buyer must pay for the return shipping. Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order until it is shipped. If you need to make a change or cancel your order after it has been paid, please contact us within 12 hours. Once we start the packaging and shipping process, we cannot cancel your order.

Returns:

This service is available in supported countries, including the mainland territories of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, and Russia, though not all products on Geometriclamp.com offer the free return service.

Free Return:
To see if a product has the Free Return service, please read the product details page for any additional notes. If this service is available, you have an extra 15 days to decide if you want to keep or return the item, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with packaging and tags. Our Free Return service is fast and easy, as you can return items locally by obtaining a return code or label and completing the return process at a designated logistics company’s service point. Items will be processed at a local warehouse instead of being sent back to the country of origin. Note that you can only enjoy one-time free local return for one order, so please consider returning jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.
