We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our different warehouses will be shipped by carrier of your choice depending on the weight and size of the product. We have warehouses in Asia, Europe, US and other parts around the globe. Unfortunately there are some warm reminders we want to remind you off.
1. We offer worldwide free shipping with an average delivery time off 15 to 30 days and for Russia/Brazil 25 to 45 days. In rare cases or due to holiday's like new year, the delivery can take up to 60 days or more, we kindly ask for your understanding.
2. We highly recommend you to choose International Express including EMS/DHL/UPS if you want a faster delivery, we can get a discount price from them, but the shipping fee will be charged.
3. If you didn't received your order within 50 days and an 10% rate for Russia & Brazil, please contact us. We are here for you to help locate your parcel. please do know that the delivery is totally out of our control.
4. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, we kindly ask you to contact us. We will do our best to solve whatever concern you have. Please don't leave negative feedback before you give us the opportunity to take away your concerns.
5. When you received the parcel, please open and check it before signing. Don’t sign if the items are broken and ask the delivery company to make a "damage certificates". Otherwise, we will not provide any warranty and refund
6.If you have questions or comments about our products or policies, please don't hesitate to contact us, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries you will not be able to add the product to your shopping cart. It will popup but it will stay empty. If you think its an error please do not hesitate to contact us.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
We will return all your money except the shipping* and handling fees after we receive your return items.
* If you used our paid shipping service. These cost will not be refunded.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
Statutory rights
At Geometriclamp.com we comply with other relevant legal requirements (warranty, return, etc.) that may be applicable depending on your location as buyer. For instance, in most EU countries you will generally have a 2-year legal conformity warranty and a 14-day right to return (please note that in case of return, the buyer must bear the cost of returning the products to the seller). Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after you have received the items. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you received the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- You ordered an customized product based on your own design.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Except for the products that we offer free returns on, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Always insure the items you send back to us. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. See our free return policy below
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Free Return
On some of our product we are starting to offer 'Free Return' service. To see if a product has 'free Return' please read the extra notes of the product your interested in. With 'Free Return' service, you get an extra 15 days (on top of the on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or return the item for any reason, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc. It's easy and fast.
Easy
You could return items locally and easily: Get the return code or the return label, Go to the designated logistics company's service point to complete the return and wait for the local warehouse to receive your returned parcel.
Fast
Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.
• Items will be processed at a local warehouse, instead of being sent back to the country of origin (eg China).
Service Scope
• Not all products we sell include the Free Return service. At present, supported countries include the mainland territories of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany and Russia.
• In addition, not all products on Geometriclamp.com include the Free Return service. We can choose whether or not to offer this extra service. Products we offer the Free Return service on will have a note on their product details page confirming this service is available.
Return Shipment Fee
• It is free for you to return the parcel to the designated local return address.
• Note: You can only enjoy one-time free local return for one order. If you initiate multiple return requests under an order, you can only enjoy the free local return service once, and other return requests can still enjoy local return service but you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address. Therefore, please consider returning jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.
